JOSEPHINE ESCOBEDO, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
a municipal corporation, all of her right, title, and interest in the following
described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot 5, Block 2, of the Breck Tract according to the map
recorded March 7, 1922, in Book 3, of Page 1 of maps in the Office of
the County Recorder of the County of San Luis Obispo, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of Lot 5, Block 2, of Breck Tract;
thence S 36° 22`" E along the Westerly line of Johnson Avenue, a distance
of 50.00 feet to a point; thence S 50° 48' W, a distance of 6.01 feet to
a point; thence N 36° 22' W, a distance of 50,00 feet to a point; thence
N 50° 48' E, a distance of 6.01 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing .007 acres more or less.

to the City of San Isis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

. AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this.4fj!!�day o �I�Fi4iBE, 19L3, by and between
JOSEPHINE ESCOBEDO, hereinafter called Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall convey .007 acres more or less, lying along Johnson Avenue
to the City of San Luis Obispo for the sum of $135.00.
2. City agrees to remove the existing curb, gutter, sidewalk, and
driveway ramp and construct new curb, gutter, sidewalk, and driveway
ramp on the new curb line at no cost to the Grantor.
3. City will provide all necessary engineering, legal work, relocation
of utilities, and pave out to the new gutter.
