HomeMy WebLinkAboutD-486 Deseret Place_ .. 11t i 3223 r:_ -.�', QUITCLAIM DEED The Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, a Utah corporation sole, and Obispo Land Company, a Calif- ornia corporation, hereby remise, release and quitclaim to the City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal corporation, the following described real property in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California: All that portion of Lot 39 of California Park Subdivision in the City of San Luis Obispo, as per Map recorded in Book 2, p. 36 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Luis Obispo, California, described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 39 and running S 290 401 E along the east line of Lot 39, 52. 74 feet to the true point of beginning; thence from said true point of beginning on a curve to the right with a radius of 20 feet through an angle of 112° 49' for a distance of 39. 38 feet; thence S-,830 09' W 249. 00 feet; thence S 61 51' E 7. 41 feet to the back line of the concrete curb; thence on a curve to the left, tangent to a line that bears S 83° 09' W, with a radius of 34. 59 feet; through an angle of 241° 03' 40" for a distance of 145. 53 feet; thence on a curve to the right, tangent to a line that bears N 220 05' 20" E, with a radius of 27. 41 feet through an angle of 61° 03' 40 ", for a distance of 29. 21 feet; thence N 83° 09' E 237. 92 feet; thence on a curve to the right, with a radius of 1.9._41 feet; through an angle of 15° 22' 20" for a distance of 5. 21 feet, to the east line of Lot 39; thence N 29° 40' W 76. 16 feet to thepoint of beginning, and as additionally described in the attached plat, this land being the street presently known as Deseret Place. Certain covenants are made by the parties hereto for the direct benefit of the land quitclaimed herein and are set forth in that certain document entitled "Covenant" executed contemporaneously herewith by the parties to this deed in favor of the City of San Luis Obispo and recorded contemporaneously herewith, the covenants, con- tents and plat of which "Covenant" are referred to and incorporated herein by re- ference as though .fully set forth at length. Said covenants shall run with the land and be binding on the assigns and successors in interest of the parties to this deed as to the affected portions of Lots 39 and 40 of California Park Subdivision, as designated in the incorporated "Covenant".
