H. niOV- '63 AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, executed this2.�day of C , 19 6 by and between CHESTER L. JOST and CLELLA M. JOST, hereinafter called Grantors and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth: 1. Grantors shall convey .025 acres, more or less, lying along Broad Street to the City of San Luis Obispo. 2. City agrees to remove 110 lineal feet of curb, gutter, and 80 lineal feet of sidewalk and replace same at the new setback line. 3. Grantors agree to pay for the construction of 30 lineal feet of 7' foot wide sidewalk at the new setback line and to base and pave the street to the new gutter across the entire frontage of the property. 4. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to the City is $460.00. 5. City agrees to pay Grantors $460.00 for the property upon completion of the improvements less the cost of constructing the 30 lineal feet of 7j foot wide sidewalk. 6.
