CHESTER L. JOST and CLELLA M. JOST, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, all of their right, title, and interest
in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
THAT PORTION of Block 5 of the Imperial Addition as recorded December 21, 1891
on Page 128 of Book A in the Office of the County Recorder, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most Southerly corner of Block 5; thence N 320 30' W, a
distance of 80.00 feet along the Northeasterly property line of Broad
Street to the True Point of Beginning; thence N 57° 30' E, a distance of
10.00 feet to a point; thence N 32° 30' W, a distance of 110.00 feet to a
point; thence S 57° 30' W, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point; thence
S 320 30' E, a distance of 110.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
CONTAINING .025 acres more or less

the Grant Deed dated December 13 , 19 63 ,

to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26. 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this2.�day of C , 19 6 by and between
CHESTER L. JOST and CLELLA M. JOST, hereinafter called Grantors and the CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey .025 acres, more or less, lying along Broad
Street to the City of San Luis Obispo.
2. City agrees to remove 110 lineal feet of curb, gutter, and 80 lineal
feet of sidewalk and replace same at the new setback line.
3. Grantors agree to pay for the construction of 30 lineal feet of 7' foot
wide sidewalk at the new setback line and to base and pave the street
to the new gutter across the entire frontage of the property.
4. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to the
City is $460.00.
5. City agrees to pay Grantors $460.00 for the property upon completion
of the improvements less the cost of constructing the 30 lineal feet
of 7j foot wide sidewalk.
6. City will provide all necessary engineering, legal work, and relocation
of utilities.
