DEED 01, 2-.SEMENT
F. �: L. S'Z ET -Y, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS CBISPO,
as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement for sewer, water, street, and other public utility purposes
in a portion of Lot 1, Yoakum Poultry Units, in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and described as follows:
DEGINTNINC at the most easterly corner of said Lot 1; running thence South
57° 31' West along the southeasterly line of said Lot, a distance of 171.00
feet; thence North 27° 46, 33" -,est a distance of 6.02 feet thence North 57°
31' East along a line parallel to the southeasterly line of said Lot, a
distance of 169.69 feet to a point on the northeasterly line thereof; thence
South 32° 29' East a distance of 6.00 feet to said point of beginning.
Containing 0.0235 acres of land more or less
TiT' 71. TA TEE Sr111, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitart- sewers, or by
Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or sewers
in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near its original
condition as possible.
