DEED OF EASEMENT

A. W. and V. B. TIEMANN, as Grantors, hereby grant to THE CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, as Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate
and remove a public sanitary sewer line in portions of Lots 20, 21 and
22, Yoakum Poultry Units, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly line of said Lot 20, distant
thereon South 57° 31' West 287.05 feet from the most northerly corner of
said Lot 20; running thence South 44° 06' East a distance of 153.14 feet
to a point on the southeasterly line of said Lot 22, thence South 57° 31'
West a distance of 10.20 feet, thence North 44° 06' West a distance of
142.94 feet; thence South 57° 31' West, a distance of 176.81 feet to a
point on the northeasterly line of Rockview Place; thence North 32° 29'
West along said northeasterly line of Rockview Place, a distance of 10
feet to the northwesterly line of said Lot 20; thence North 57° 31' East,
along said line, a distance of 184.95 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 0.0755 acres of land more or less.
THE GRANTEE SHALL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by
Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or
sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near
its original condition as possible.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be subscribed

to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.
