DEED OF EASEMENT
MARIE,C. NETTO, as Grantor, hereby grants to THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, as
Grantee, the following easement in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
to wit:
A 10' wide easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge,
operate and remove a public sanitary sewer line in a portion of the
former right of way of Pacific Coast Railroad lying between Lots 88
and 116, San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, said easement lying 5' either side of the follow-
ing described centerline:
COMMENCING at a point on the northeasterly line of Broad Street where
same is intersected by the west line of said Lot 88, running thence
South 32° 15' East along said northeasterly line, a distance of 394.22
feet; thence North 55° 48' East a distance of 185.23 feet to the true
point of beginning of said center line, running thence South 47° 25'
East a distance of 212.32 feet; thence South 23° 24' East a distance
of 103.02 feet; thence South 11° 18' West a distance of 15.30 feet to
a point on the southwesterly line of said former right of way line.
Containing 0.0760 acres of land more or less.
THE GRANTEE SHALL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by
Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or
sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near
its original condition as possible.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto caused her name to be subscribed

the Deed of Easement dated August 17 , 19 62 ,
from Marie C. Netto
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.
