DEED OF EASMENT
J. L. ROZA, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAINT LUIS OBISPO, as
Grantee, the following easement in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, to wit:
An easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate,
and remove a public sanitary sewer line in a portion of Lot 17 Yoakum Poultry
Units, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly line of said Lot 17, distant
thereon South 570 311 West 325.81 feet from the most northerly corner of
said Lot 17; running thence South 47° 061 East, a distance of 51.67 feet
to a point on the southeasterly line of said Lot 17; thence South 57° 311
West along said southeasterly line, a distance of 10.33 feet; thence North
47' 06, West a distance of 51.67 feet to a point on the northwesterly line
of said Lot 17; thence North 57° 31t East a distance of 10.33 feet to said
point of beginning.
Containing 0.0119 acres of land more or less.
THE GRAHTEE SIALL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by
Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or sewers
in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near its original
condition as possible.
IN WITNESS ?THEREOF, Grantor has hereunto caused his name to be subscribed
this 17th day of August , 1962.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Deed of Easement dated August 17 19 62 ,
from J. L. Roza
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.
