DEED OF EASEMENT
ARNOLD A. and DIANA M. VOLNY, as Grantors, hereby grant to THE CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, as Grantee, the following easement in the County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, to wit:
A 10' wide easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge,
operate and remove a public sanitary sewer line in a portion of Section
36, Township 30 South, Range 12 East, M.D.M., in the County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, said easement lying 5' either side of the
following described center line:
BEGINNING at a point on the south line of said Section 36, distant thereon
West 7.60 feet from the point of intersection of said south line with the
westerly line of Orcutt Avenue;
RUNNING Thence North 48° 53' 21" West a distance of 106.85 feet.
Containing 0.0245 acres of land more or less.
THE GRANTEE SHALL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged
or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by
Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or
sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near
its original condition as possible.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Deed of Easement dated August 30 , 1962 ,
from Arnold A. and Diana M. Volny
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.
