A. J. BONIN and ELINOR K. BONIN, as Grantors, hereby grant to,the CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their right, title,
and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot "D" of Breed's Addition to the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to
the map filed for record January 25, 1889 in the office of the County
Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the northerly line of Foothill and
the easterly line of Ferrini Road; thence running N 0° 15' W along
the easterly line of Ferrini Road, a distance of 23.94 feet to the
True Point of Beginning; thence N 89° 45' E, a distance of 2.00 feet;
thence N 0° 15' W, a distance of 95,05 feet; thence S 89° 55' W, a
distance of 2.00 feet; thence S 0° 15' E, a distance of 95.06 feet
to the True Point of Beginning.
Containing 0.004 acres more or less.
