FRANCIS R. and ISABEL A. SCOTT, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, an easement to construct,
maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate, and remove a public sanitary sewer
line and appurtenances in and across Lot 17, Block 4, Goldtree Vineyard Tract,
in the City and County of San Luis Obispo, State of California. Said easement
is described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most westerly corner
thence north 72° 00' west, a distance
of Beginning; thence continue north 7,
thence north,26° 04' east, a distance
east, a distance of 5.05 feet; thence
Point of Beginning.
of Lot 6, Block A, Tract No. 212;
of 273.62 feet to the True Point

the Easement dated February 24 , 1964
from Francis R. and Isabel A. Scott
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Lens Obispo County, Cali €oraia, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
THE UNDERSIGNED hereby agrees to grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
a sewer easement across a portion of his property in accordance with a con-
demnation suit heretofore filed by the City in.- consideration of the City
agreeing to level and slope the existing-fill material on a portion of said
parcel.
