RYAN, as Grantors, hereby grant to THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, as Grantee, the following easement'in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of'San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit: An easement to construct, maintain, repair, replace, enlarge, operate, and remove a public sanitary sewer line in portions of Lots 18 and 19, Yoakum Poultry Units, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly line of said Lot 19, distant thereon South 57° 31' West 260.00 feet from the most easterly corner of said Lot 19; running thence South 57° 31' West along said southeasterly line_ a distance of 37.05 feet; thence leaving said southeasterly line and running North 47° 06' West a distance of 103.34 feet, to a point on the northwesterly line of said Lot .18; thence North 57° 31' East along said northwesterly line a distance of 63.13 feet; thence leaving said northwesterly line and running South 32° 29' East a distance of 10.00 feet; thence South 57° 31' West a distance of 50.18 feet; thence South 47° 06' East a distance of 82.68 feet; thence North 57° 31' East a distance of 29.33 feet'; thence South 32° 29'.East a distance of 10.00 feet to said point of beginning. Containing 0.0426 acres of land more or less. THE GRANTEE SHALL, at its cost and expense, restore any improvements damaged or destroyed at any time by reason of the laying of said sanitary sewers, or by Grantee in maintaining, repairing, operating or removing any sanitary sewer or sewers in said easement, and shall restore the surface of the ground to as near. its original condition as possible. I am enclosing Mr. Miossi's statement in the amount of $9.91 together with my statement in the amount of $75.00 plus costs. I am returning to you the deed dated April 22, 1950 which you left with me.
