DEED OF EASEMENT
WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, Owners of portions of Lots 29 and 30, in Block 3 of the
Goldtree Vineyard Tract, City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to the map recorded September 30, 1893, in
Book 1 at Page 14, Records of Surveys on file in the Office of the County
Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, as Grantors, do hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, the following
described easements for drainage and for public utilities:
Ten foot wide Easement
A ten (10) foot wide easement located four (4) feet Northwesterly and six (6)
feet Southeasterly of the following described line:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 29; thence N 36 - 25 W
along the Northerly line of Augusta Street, a distance of 131.30 feet
to the True Point of Beginning of the said 10 foot wide easement;
thence N 57 - 02 - 53 E, a distance of 150.25 feet to the end of said
10 foot wide easement.
Eight foot wide Easement
An eight (8) foot wide easement located four (4) feet each side of the
following described line:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 29; thence N 36 - 25 W
along the Northerly line of Augusta Street, a distance of 131.30 feet
to a point, said point being the True Point of Beginning of the 10 foot
wide easement; thence N 57 - 02 - 53 E along the above described line
of the 10 foot wide easement, a distance of 150.25 feet to the True
Point of Beginning of the eight (8) foot wide easement; thence continuing
N 57 - 02 - 53 E along said line, a distance of 52.51 feet to the end
of the 8 foot wide easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be subscribed
this 11th day of October , 1963.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Deed of Easement dated October 11 , 19 63�
from Elmer W. and Katherine A. Smith and Joseph M. and
Martha G. Johnson
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.
