DEED OF EASEMENT
CLAYTON E. FLUITT and CLAIRE M. FLUITT, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, the right -of -way
and easement to construct, maintain, repair, and.replace a drainage structure and
fill slope in and across the real property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of Lot 30 of the California Park Subdivision in the City of
San Luis Obispo, according to a map recorded December 2, 1919, in Book 2,
at Page 36 of Maps, described as follows:
Beginning at.the northwest corner of Lot 30 of said subdivision; thence
N 89° 45' E along the southerly property line of Foothill Boulevard, a
distance of 76.19 feet; thence N 74° 04' E., a distance of 116.49 feet;
thence S.32° 21' W along the dividing line of Lots 30 and 31, a distance
of 12.74 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing S 32° 21' W,
a distance of 80.00 feet; thence N 37° 39' W to the new property line of
Foothill Boulevard, a distance of 59.76 feet; thence on a curve along the
new property line with a radius of 538 feet through an angle of 5° 16' 44"
for a length of 49.57 feet; thence N 74° 04' E tangent to last described
curve, a distance of 32.31 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be subscribed
this 20th day of March 19 64.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Deed of Easement dated March 20 19 64
from Clayton E. Fluitt and Claire M. Fluitt
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded Wy 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
•
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this d.&-,day of , 19A& by and

between CLAYTON E. FLUITT and CLAIRE M. FLUITT, hereinafter called Grantors, and
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey .028 acres, more or less, lying along Foothill
Boulevard to the City of San Luis Obispo together with a slope and drainage
easement.
2. Grantors agree to pay for the construction of curb, gutter, and
sidewalk across the westerly 1142 feet of frontage and the City agrees
to pay for the construction of curb, gutter, and sidewalk across the
easterly 70 feet of frontage.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to the City
is $650.00.
4. Grantors agree to pay to the City $687.00 for their share of curb,
gutter, and sidewalk to be constructed by the City, less $650.00 for the
value of the land being conveyed to the City, leaving a net amount of
$37.00 to be paid by the Grantors to the City upon execution of this
agreement.
5. City will provide all necessary engineering, legal work, street
paving, and relocation of utilities, if necessary.
