GRANT DEED
ARCHIE RODRIGUEZ and BETTY RODRIGUEZ, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their right,
title, and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of the south half of Section 36, in Township 30, South Range
12 East, Mount Diablo Meridian, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the official plat of
survey of said land on file in the Bureau of Land Management, described
as follows:
Beginning at corner No. 16 of the Goldtree Vineyard Tract recorded
September 30, 1893, in Book 1, Page 14, of the Record of Surveys; thence
S 2° 37' E a distance of 1,190.89 feet to a point on the southwesterly
line of Johnson Avenue; thence S 72° 00' E along said southwesterly
line a distance of 262.50 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence
S 30° 41' W a distance of 8.20 feet to a point; thence S 72° 00' E a
distance of 112.50 feet to a point; thence N 30° 41' E a distance of 8.20 feet
to a point; thence N 72° 00' W a distance of 112.50 feet to the True Point
of Beginning.
Containing .021 acres more or less.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this d4ay of , 19 �, by and
between ARCHIE RODRIGUEZ and BETTY RODRIGUEZ, hereinafter called Grantors, and
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,.
witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey .021 acres, more or less, lying along Johnson Avenue
to the City of San Luis Obispo.
2. City agrees to install curb, gutter, and sidewalk across the entire
frontage of the property.
3. Parties agree that the value of the land being conveyed to the City is
$360.00 and that in event the cost of the improvements set forth in
Paragraph 2 exceeds said value, then the Grantors will pay said excess
amount at the time of executing this agreement. Said excess amount is
$315.00; however, the City will give Grantors credit in the amount of
$120.00 for three trees that will not be replaced and $25.00'for five
shrubs that will not be replaced,jeaving a net amount of $170.00 to be
paid by the Grantors to the City upon execution of this agreement.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering, street work, legal work,
relocation of utilities, slope the banks behind the new sidewalk, revise
and red rock the existing driveways to meet the new driveway ramps, and
remove.trees and shrubs as necessary for sidewalk construction.
