GRANT DEED
RAYMOND E. MADGETT and CHARMIE E. MADGETT, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their right,
title, and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
THAT PORTION of Lot 31 of the California Park Subdivision as shown on the map
of California Park, filed December 2, 1919, at Page 36, in Volume 3, in the
office of the County Recorder in the County of San Luis Obispo, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 31; thence S 64° 05' W, a distance
of 60.00 feet to a point; thence S 741 04' W, a distance of 15.02 feet to
the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing S 74° 04' W, a distance of
109.07 feet to a point; thence S 32° 21' W, a distance of 12.74 feet to a
point; thence N 74° 04' E, a distance of 73.58 feet; thence along a curve
to the left having a radius of 538 feet through an angle of 4° 51' 35"
for a distance of 45.63 feet; thence N 23° 38' W, a distance of 6.60 feet
to the True Point of Beginning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be sub-
scribed this 23rd day of March , 1964

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Grant Deed dated March 23 a 19 64
from Raymond E. Madgett and Charmie E. Madgett
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution Igo. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volt, 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.
