R. DEAN ROBINSON and RAMONA ROBINSON, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their right,
title, and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot 31 of the California Park Subdivision as shown on the
map of California Park, filed December 2, 1919, at Page 36, in Volume 3,
in the office of the County Recorder in the County of San Luis Obispo,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 31; thence S 25° 55' E along the
easterly property line of Casa Street, a distance of 26.22 feet to a point;
thence on a curve northwesterly and tangent to Casa Street with a radius
of 20 feet, through an angle of 88° 44' for a length of 30.97 feet; thence
S 65° 21' W, a distance of 19.34 feet to a point; thence along a curve
to the right having a radius of 538 feet, through an angle of 3° 51' 25"
for a distance of 36.22 feet; thence N 23° 38' W, a distance of 6.60 feet
to a point; thence N 74° 04' E, a distance of 15.02 feet to a point; thence
N 64° 05' E, a distance of 60.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be subscribed
this 13 day of March 1961.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by

accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-

recordation thereof.
