THE COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a political corporation, as Grantor, hereby
quitclaims to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, all of its right,
title, and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
All that parcel of land situated in the City of San Luis Obispo, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the westerly line of Santa Rosa Street
with the southerly line of Palm Street (said southerly line of Palm
Street being distant 40.00 feet southerly from the center line of Palm
Street); thence southerly along said westerly line of Santa Rosa Street,
a distance of 150.00 feet; thence westerly at a right angle to Santa
Rosa, a distance of 10.00 feet; thence northerly parallel to Santa Rosa,
a distance of 150.00 feet; thence easterly along the southerly line of Palm
Street, a distance of 10.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the County of San Luis Obispo has caused its corporate
name to be hereunder subscribed by its officer, thereunto duly authorized by
resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, and the seal of said Board of Supervisors to be hereunto affixed.

The following resolution is hereby offered and reads
wEMs* a sesolutioon . of Intention to quitclaim County property
for public highway purposes to the City of .San Luis Obispo was
duly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, and
WM=AS, pursuant to said resolution, notice of said intention
was duly given, and this date, was set as the date for the authorization
of said conveyance, and
WIERBAS, hers is no opposition to said conveyance_, and
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described real property is not and
will not in the future be required for County use, and
WHEMS, this resolution is adopted by a tour-fifths vote of

WHERMS, said conveyance is authorized by the laws of the State
of California, and
WBEREAS, it is in the public interest that the County of .San

We are forwarding herewith County executed Quitclaim
Deed and certified copy of the Board's resolution
authorizing the quitclaim, along with County
executed original and dulpicate of the agreement
for the deed to the 10 feet strip of Courthouse property
needed for widening of Santa Rosa Street.
Upon execution by the City Council, of the agreement,
please return the County Clerk's file copies for
our records along with a copy of the Council's
resolution accepting the deed.
