to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of
their right, title and interest in the following described property in the

City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California to wit:
Beginning at Corner No. 16 of the Goldtree Vineyard Tract, in
Section 36, Township 30 South, Range 12 East Mount Diablo Base
Meridian, as shown on the map of the Goldtree Vineyard Tract re-
corded Sept. 30, 1893, in Book 1, Page 14, of Record of Surveys
in the Office of the County Recorder; thence S 2° 31' W a dis-
tance of 1190.89 feet to a point, thence S 72° 00' E a distance
of 112.50 feet to the true point of beginning, thence continuing
S 720 00' E a distance of 60.00 feet to a point, thence S 30° 41' W
a distance of 8.20 feet to a point, thence N 720 00' W a distance
of 60.00 feet to a point, thence N 30° 41' E a distance of 8.20
feet to the true point of beginning.
CONTAINING .011 acres more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be sub-

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Grant Deed dated July 15, 19 64
from Clarence B. Mc Cullar and Connie I. McCullar
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re.-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
(NORMAL RESIDENTIAL LOT)
THIS AGREEMENT, EXECUTED this
15th

day of July , 1964
by and between CLARENCE B. MC CULLAR AND CONNIE I. MC CULLAR, hereinafter called
grantor, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall convey .011 acres more or less, lying along
.lohnson Avenue to the City of San Luis Obispo.
2. City agrees to install curb, gutter, and sidewalk across the
entire frontage of the property and to conduct the normal
grading that would have been involved at the previous curb
line on a standard installation.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to
the City is $250.00 and that in the event the cost of the im-
provements set forth in Paragraph 2 exceed -said value, then the
owner will pay said excess at the time of executing this
agreement. Said excess amount is $110.00.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, street
work, cost of relocation of utilities, replacement of two trees
with fifteen gallon size trees, replacement of driveway in kind,
and grading in excess of the amount that would have occurred at
the old curb line.
