permit to erect improvements withinthe public street rigbt -of -sway, said improve -
ments Consisting of: Concrete retaining wall constructed adjacent
to 6 -foot integral sidewalk
the undersigned owners of property hereinaSer described hereby covenant with
the City of San Luis Obispo that, upon thirty (30) days written notice by said City,
the undersigned owners will remove all or any portions of said improvements
without cost to the City which said City may from time to time so request.
