GRANT DEED
He I. PAMPLIN and Be G. PAMPLIN, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their right, title,
and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:

easterly corner of the property conveyed to Herbert L. McReen, at ux, by
deed dated February 28, 1941 and recorded March 27, 1941 in Book 294, at
page 48 of Official Records; thence N 330 27' W a distance of 297.94 feet
to a point; thence S 56° 33' W a distance of 139.78 feet to the True Point
of Beginning; thence continuing S 56° 33' W a distance of 16.76 feet to
a point; thence along a curve with a tangent which bears N 45° 13' 02" W
with a radius of 730 feet through an angle of 11° 48' 58" fora length of
150.55 feet to a point; thence N 57° 02' W tangent to last described curve
a distance of 29.74 feet to a point; thence N 27° 38' E a distance of
20.06 feet to a point; thence S 57° 02' E a distance of 16.75 feet to a
point; thence on a curve tangent to last described line with a radius of
738 feet through an angle of 13° 24' 12" for a length of 172.65 feet to
the True Point of Beginning.

THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 34 day of 1940
t, by and
between H. I. PAMPLIN and B. G. PAMPLIN, hereinafter called Grantors, and the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO$ a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey .078 acres, more or less, lying along
Johnson Avenue to the City of San Luis Obispo.
2. Grantors agree to construct curb, gutter, and sidewalk across
that portion of the frontage that does not have such improvements.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to
the City for one normal residential frontage is $538.40, and the
City agrees to pay Grantors the sum of $538.40 upon completion of
the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering, legal work, street
paving, relocation of utilities, if necessary, and replace six
5- gallon size trees for the row of shrubs that will not be replaced.
