THIS AGREEMENT, executed this/7rt day of 1964, by and
between JOSEPH E. PRITCHARD and FLORENCE B. PRITCHARD, hereinafter called Grantors,
and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey .005 acres, more or less, lying along Foothill
Boulevard to the City.
2. Grantors agree to construct 6 foot integral sidewalk, curb and gutter
across the entire frontage of the property.
3. Parties agree that the value of the land being conveyed to the City is
$143.65 and the City agrees to pay the Grantors the sum of $143.65 upon
completion of the improvements set forth in paragraph 2.
4. City agrees to provide all necessary engineering, legal work, street
work and the cost of relocating the water service.

GRANT DEED
FAY BURRISS, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of her right, title and interest in
the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 14, Tract No. 11 according to the map filed May 1, 1932,
at Page 30, Volume 5, in the office of the County Recorder, San Luis
Obispo County, California. The property is more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 13; thence S 89° 50' W a dis-
tance of 110.50 feet; thence S 0° 07' E a distance of 4.00 feet; thence
N 89° 50' E 110.50 feet; thence N 0° 07' W a distance of 4.00 feet to
the point of beginning.
Containing .01 acres more or less.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Grant Deed dated August 31 a 1964 ,
from Fay Burriss
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance With Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 1 / �L day of 1964
by and between FAY BURRISS, hereinafter called Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall convey .010 acres, more or less, lying along Foothill
Boulevard to the City of San Luis Obispo,
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property and to conduct the normal grading that would
have been involved at the previous curb line on a standard installation.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to the City
is $287.00 and that in the event the cost of the improvements set forth
in Paragraph 2 exceed said value, then the owner will pay said excess
at the time of executing this agreement. Said excess amount is $376.00.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, relocation
of utilities, revise the driveways in kind, relocate the fence, break i
off the brick walls along the driveways as necessary and reface the
ends of the walls, replace the row of shrubs with
trees and grading in excess of the amount that would have occurred at
the old curb line.
