GRANT DEED
CLOTILDA MADRUGA, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of her right, title and interest
in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 11, Tract No. 11 according to the map filed May 1, 1932,
at Page 30, Volume 5, in the Office of the County Recorder, San Luis
Obispo County, California. The property is more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 11; thence S 89° 50' W a dis-
tance of 60.50 feet; thence S 00 07' E a distance of 4.00 feet; thence
N 89° 50' E 60.50 feet; thence N 0° 07' W a distance of 4.00 feet to
the point of beginning.
Containing .0055 acres more or less.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Grant Deed dated August 25 1964
from Clotilda Madruga
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

THIS AGREEMENT, executed this / J� day of 19649
by and between CLOTILDA MADRUGA, hereinafter called Grantor, and the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall convey .0055 acres more or less lying along Foothill
Boulevard to the City. "
2. City agrees to install sidewalk, curb and gutter acrosq the entire
frontage of the property and to conduct the normal grading that
would have been involved at the previous curb line on a standard
installation.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to the
City is $157.00 and that in event the cost of the improvements set
forth in Paragraph 2 exceed said value, then the Grantor will pay
said excess amount at the time of executing this agreement. Said
excess amount is $206.00
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, street
work, relocation of utilities, revise the driveway in kind, slope
the bank in back of the new sidewalk, remove a portion of the
wood fence and grading in excess of the amount that would have
occurred at the old curb line.
