THOMAS H. WILLIAMS and DOROTHY WILLIAMS, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title and interest in the following described property in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California to wit.
That portion of the South half of Section 36, in Township 30, South
Range 12 East Mount Diablo Meridian, in the city of San Luis Obispo
county of San Luis Obispo, state of California, according to the official
plat of survey of said land on file in the Bureau of Land Management,
described as follows:
Beginning at Corner No. 16 of the Goldtree Vineyard tract recorded
September 30, 1893, in book 1, page 14, of the Record of Surveys;
thence South 2° 31' East a distance of 1190.89 feet to a point on the
Southwesterly line of Johnson Ave.; thence South 72° 00'E along said
Southwesterly line a distance of 172.50 feet to the true point of
beginning; thence South 30° 41' West a distance of 8.20 feet to a point;
thence South 72° 00' East a distance of 90.00 feet to a point; thence
North 30° 41' East a distance of 8.20 feet to a point; thence N72° 00'W
a distance of 90.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
CONTAINING .017 acres, more or less.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Grant Deed dated July 22 19 64
from Thomas H. Williams and Dorothy Williams
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volu>re 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, EXECUTED this / J rL day of , 1964
by and between THOMAS H. WILLIAMS and DOROTHY WILLIAMS, hereinafter called
Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey .017 acres more or less, lying along
Johnson Avenue to the City.
2. City agrees to install sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property and to conduct the normal grading that
would have been involved at the previous curb line on a standard
installation.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to
the City is $370.00 and that in event the cost of the improvements
set forth in Paragraph 2 exceed said value, then the owner will
pay said excess at the time of executing this agreement. Said
excess amount is $170.00.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work,
street work, cost of relocation of utilities, revise driveways in
kind, and grading in excess of the amount that would have occurred
at the old curb line.
