J. H. MULLIN and DONNA E. MULLIN as Grantors, hereby grantto the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, all of their right, title,
and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California to wit:
That portion of Lots D and E of Breed's Addition to the City of San
Luis Obispo, in the City of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
according to the map thereof filed for record January 25, 1889, in
book B page 33 of maps in the office of the county recorder of said
county, described as follows:
Beginning at stake B8 as shown on the map of Breed's addition; thence
North 89° 55' East along the North property line of Foothill Boulevard
a distance of 60.00 feet to a point; thence North 0° 05' West a distance
of 9.00 feet to a point, thence South 89° 55' West a distance of 75.00
feet to a point; thence South 00 05' East a distance of 9.00 feet to a
point; thence North 890 55' East a distance of 15.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
Containing .015 acres more or less.

THIS AGREEMENT, EXECUTED this ____Z 7 1�' day of 1964
by and between J. R. MULLIN and DONNA E. MULLIN, hereinafter called Grantors,
and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called
City, witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey .015 acres more or less lying along Foothill
Boulevard to the City.
2. City agrees to install sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property and to conduct the normal grading that
would have been involved at the previous curb line on a standard
installation.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to
the City is $1,350.00 and that in event the value of the land exceeds
the cost of the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2, then the City
will pay the owner said excess amount at the time of executing this
agreement. Said excess amount is $900.00.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, street
work, cost of relocation of utilities, revise the parking area to
match the back of the new sidewalk, and grading in excess of the
amount that would have occured at the old curb line.
5. City agrees that additional off - street parking will not be required
because of this street widening and the City also agrees that at
this time it has no intention of restricting curb parking.
