MULLIN and DONNA E. MULLIN, hereinafter called Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth: 1. Grantors shall convey .015 acres more or less lying along Foothill Boulevard to the City. 2. City agrees to install sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire frontage of the property and to conduct the normal grading that would have been involved at the previous curb line on a standard installation. 3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to the City is $1,350.00 and that in event the value of the land exceeds the cost of the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2, then the City will pay the owner said excess amount at the time of executing this agreement. Said excess amount is $900.00. 4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, street work, cost of relocation of utilities, revise the parking area to match the back of the new sidewalk, and grading in excess of the amount that would have occured at the old curb line. 5. City agrees that additional off - street parking will not be required because of this street widening and the City also agrees that at this time it has no intention of restricting curb parking.
