GRANT DEED
ELMER C. MEIER and ELVA D. MEIER, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN
LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of theft right, title and in-
terest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Lot 13, Tract No. 11 according to the map filed May 13, 19320
at Page 30, Volume 5, in the office of the County Recorder, San Luis
Obispo County, California, The property is more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 12; thence South 890 50' West a
distance of 55.25 feet; thence South 0° 07' East a distance of 4.00 feet;
thence North 89° 50' East 55.25 feet; thence North 0° 07' West a distance
of 4.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing .005 acres more or less.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Grant Deed dated August 11 19 64
from Elmer C. Meier and Elva D. Meier
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded M-y 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this c,4w r4L day of 6 1964, by and

between ELMER C. MEIER and ELVA D. MEIER, hereinafter called Grantors and the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey .005 acres, more or less, lying along Foothill
Boulevard to the City.
2. 'City agrees to install sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property and to conduct the normal grading that would
have been involved at the previous curb line on a standard installation.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to the
City is $144.00 and that in event the cost of the improvements set
forth in Paragraph 2 exceed said value, then the owner will pay said
excess amount at the time of executing this agreement. Said excess
amount is $188.00
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, relocation
of utilities, street work, revise the concrete driveway and grading in
excess of the amount that would have occurred at the old curb line.
5. Grantors agree to remove the lawn sprinklers that are in the present
sidewalk area.
