FRANCES M. ATWOOD as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
a municipal corporation, all of his right, title, and interest in the following
described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California to wit:
That portion of Lot E of Breed's Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo,
in the City of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the map
thereof filed for record January 25, 1889 in book B page 33 of maps in the
office of the county recorder of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at stake B8 as shown on the map of Breed's addition; thence
North 89° 55' East along the North property line of Foothill Boulevard
a distance of 60.00 feet to the true point,of beginning; thence North
00 05' West a distance of 9.00 feet to a point; thence North 89' 55'
East a distance of 50.00 feet to a point; thence South 0° 05' East a
distance of 9.00 feet to a point; thence South 89° 55' West a distance
of 50.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing .01 acres more or less.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Grant Deed dated August 3 , 19 64

to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Seriesj, re-
corded My 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Pe.goa 2927
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this day of _, 19642 by and
between Frances M. Atwood, hereinafter called Grantor and the City of San Luis
Obispo, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall convey .01-acres more or less -lying along Foothill
Boulevard to the City.
2. City agrees to install sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property and to conduct the normal grading that
would have been involved at the previous curb line on a standard
installation.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to the
City is $900.00 and that in event the value of the land exceeds the
cost of the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2, the City will pay
the owner said excess amount at the time of executing this agreement.
Said excess amount is $600.00.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, grading
in excess of the amount that would have occurred at the old curb
line, street work, revise the driveway in kind, remove retaining
wall as necessary and the cost of relocation of utilities.
