Grantor shall convey .063 acres, more or less, lying along ,Foothill Boulevard to the City of San Luis Obispo. 2. Grantor agrees to install a 10 -foot integral curb, gutter, and sidewalk at the new setback line along the frontage of the property being conveyed to the City. 3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to the City is $10,316.25. 4. City agrees to pay Grantor the sum of $10,316.25 upon completion of said improvements as provided in Item No. 2. 5. Houser, Jr. In accordance with our discussions, Martin Polin has agreed to accept the sum of $10, 306.25 for the 2, 751 square feet of widening adjacent to the Sizzler property, which I calculated at the rate of $3.75 per square foot. Mr: Polin says that it is low, but that he would accept it rather than create a squabble.
