DOUGLAS OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, a:.corporation, as Grantor, hereby grants
to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, all of its right, title,
and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
A portion of Lots 5, 6 and 7, Block 4, Imperial,Addition according to the
map filed December 21, 1891, in Vol. A, Page 128 of Maps in the office of the
county recorder, San Luis Obispo County, State of California. The property
is more particularly described -as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of Block 4; thence S 32° 30' E a
distance of 160.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence N 57° 30' E
a distance of 10.00 feet to a point; thence S 32° 30' E a distance of 120.00
feet to a point; thence S 57° 30' W a distance of 10.00 feet to a point;
thence N 32° 30' W a distance of 120.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing .0275 acres more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be sub-
scribed this 28th day of September , 1964.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property conveyed by
the Grant Deed dated September 28 , 19 64
from Douglas Oil Company of California
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 2922
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 29th day of_�S member , 19649
by and between DOUGLAS OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, a corporation, hereinafter
called Grantor, and the City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantor agrees to convey .0275 acres, more or less, lying along Broad
Street to the City of San Luis Obispo.
2. Grantor agrees to install 8' integral sidewalk, curb and gutter along
the entire frontage of the property being conveyed to the City.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to the City
is $1,500.00 and the value of the existing sidewalk, curb and gutter is
$800.00 making a total of $21,300.00 that the City agrees to pay to the
Grantor upon completion of the improvements set forth in Paragraph No. 2.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, removal
of the existing sidewalk, curb and gutter, relocate fire hydrant, and
pave out the street to the new gutter.
