BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the intersection of Johnson Avenue and Bishop Street, said corner is marked "A" on the map of The Goldtree Vineyard Tract on file in the Office of the.County Recorder at Page 14, in Licensed Surveyor's Book No. 1; thence S 54° 00' W along the Westerly line of Bishop Street, a distance of 14.17 feet to a point; thence tangent to said line; Northerly along a curve concave to the left, having a radius of 14.00 feet, through an angle of 90° 42' 20 ", for a length of 22.16 feet to a point; thence N 36° 42' 20" E along a line tangent to said curve, a distance of 619.67 feet; thence.N 53° 38' E, a distance of 3.75 feet to a point on the Southerly line of Johnson Avenue; thence S 360 22' E along the Southerly line of Johnson Avenue, a distance of 633.83 feet to the point of beginning. Containing p.028 acres more or less. City will extend the curb and gutter for 200 lineelfeet beyond the construction limits of the Proposed Health Center Addition at no cost to the County. $.
