QUITCLAIM DEED
THIS INDENTURE made this _ day of 19 S; by and
between the COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a political corporation and one of the

counties of the State of California, the party of the first part and hereinafter
called County, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation of the
County of San Luis Obispo, a party of the second part and hereinafter called City.
W I T N E S S E T H
THAT SAID COUNTY, for a valuable consideration the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, does hereby release and forever quitclaim to said City all that
certain real property situated in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, described as follows:
A portion of Section 36, Township 30, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Meridian,
and a portion of Lot 7 of the Deleissiguez Tract according to the map filed
in Book A at Page 95 on file in the Office of the County Recorder, County
of San Luis Obispo, California.
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the intersection of Johnson Avenue
and Bishop Street, said corner is marked "A" on the map of The Goldtree
Vineyard Tract on file in the Office of the.County Recorder at Page 14, in
Licensed Surveyor's Book No. 1; thence S 54° 00' W along the Westerly
line of Bishop Street, a distance of 14.17 feet to a point; thence tangent
to said line; Northerly along a curve concave to the left, having a radius
of 14.00 feet, through an angle of 90° 42' 20 ", for a length of 22.16 feet
to a point; thence N 36° 42' 20" E along a line tangent to said curve, a
distance of 619.67 feet; thence.N 53° 38' E, a distance of 3.75 feet to a
point on the Southerly line of Johnson Avenue; thence S 360 22' E along the
Southerly line of Johnson Avenue, a distance of 633.83 feet to the point
of beginning.
Containing p.028 acres more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the County of San Luis Obispo, being said County, has caused
its corporate name to be hereunder subscribed by its officers thereunto duly
authorized by resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Luis

adopted by the Board of supervisors of the County of San Luis Obispo,

AGREEEM
The .County of .San Luis Obispo, a political corporation,.hereinafter called
County, and the City of San-.Luis Obispo, a municipal corporation, hereinafter
called City, agree as follows:
1. County agrees to convey to the City for'street widening purposes that
certain portion of property fronting on Johnson Avenue, core particularly.
described in that cs tain Quitclaim Deed d date the- /T day of

2. County agrees to install standard curb, gutter, and sidewalk across
the entire frontage of the Proposed Health Center Addition t' the
new setback line.
3. City agrees to remove# relocate, and replace existing curb, gutter,
sidewalk, and sidewalk underdrain at the new setback.line across the
entire frontage of the existing Health Center Building.
4. City agrees to revise sad reconstruct.entrance arcade to conform to the
-new setback line. '
5. City will extend the curb and gutter for 200 lineelfeet beyond the
construction limits of the Proposed Health Center Addition at no cost
to the County.
$. City Will provide all no engineering, legal work, relocation .
of utilities, and to pave out the street,to.all new-gutter.
