MARTIN POLIN, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of his right, title and interest in
the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot E of the Breed's Addition to the City of San Luis
Obispo in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according
to the map thereof recorded January 25, 1889, in Book B. Page 33 of
Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of the San Luis Obispo -Los Osos
Public Road (known as Foothill Boulevard) marked,:R,.7, thence S 890
55' W along the North line of Foothill Boulevard a distance of 140.00
feet to the true point of beginning. Thence continuing S 89° 55' W
a distance of 241.60 feet to a point, thence N 0° 15' E a distance of
9.00 feet to a point; thence N 890 55' E a distance of 241.63 feet to
a point; thence S 0° 05' W a distance of 9.00 feet to the true point
of beginning.
Containing .050 acres more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto caused his nay to be subscribed
this 2nd day of October , 1964.

accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEM ENT , executed this 2nd day of October , 19649
by and between MARTIN POLIN, hereinafter called Grantor and the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall convey .050 acres, more or less, lying along Foothill
Boulevard to the City.
2. City agrees to install sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property and to conduct the normal grading that would
have been involved at the previous curb line on a standard installation.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to the City
is $4,350.00, that the City will purchase the dwelling that is situated
on the property from the Grantor for the sum of $3,000.00 and the City
will reimburse the Grantor the sum of $1,000.00 as compensation for the
restricted use of two trailer spaces; leas $1,450.00 for the improvements
set forth in Paragraph 2, leaving a net amount of $6,900.00 to be paid
by the City to the Grantor upon execution of this agreement.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering, legal work, street work,
relocation of utilities, move trailer coaches as necessary and removal
of the dwelling. City will install a concrete block retaining wall
with a 6' high redwood fence along the Foothill Boulevard frontage of
the Trailer Park, revise two driveways in kind and grading in excess
of the amount that would have occurred at the old curb line.

Sizzler parcel street widening
Dear Mr. Pblin:
September 24, 1964
This will confirm my verbal statements to you regarding the street widening improve-
ments recently installed by the City adjacent to the Sizzler building, known as 781 -
787 Foothill Boulevard, consisting of approximately 131' s 21' lying westerly of the
Kea Mitchell Shell Service Station on the southerly side of Foothill Boulevard.
I inform and assure you that the fact that the City has commenced and completed the
street widening and is presently using said parcel for public street purposes, is not
Intended and shall not constitute any claim of prescriptive rights on said widening
and shall not jeopardize your right to receive fair market value for said parcel.
Further, that this assi mace is given for the intention of enabling the City and your-
self to resolve the valuation problem to the satisfaction of both, and shall continue
unless and until either party, by wrfisen, registered notice,, notifies the other party
that the negotiations have been terminated.
