GRANT DEED
CATHEREEN D. BENSON, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, a Municipal Corporation, as Grantee, all of her right, title and
interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section
22, Township 30 South, Range 12 East, M.D.M. according to the
official plat of said land approved by the Surveyor General,
November 30, 1867, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the North line of County Road No. 29
which is N 89° 50' E, 557.12 feet from the Southeast corner of
Lot 3, as shown on the map attached to the Decree of Partition
entered in the Superior Court of the State of California in and
for the County of San Luis Obispo on July 25, 1893, said point
of beginning being the Southeast corner of the land described in
the deed to Francis S. Donn et.al. recorded July 22, 1947 in Book
450, at Page 150 of Official Records; thence N 890 50' E along the
North line of said County Road No. 29 a distance of 121.62 feet to
a point which is the intersection of the West line of Tassajara
Drive and the North line of Foothill Boulevard; thence N 0° 10' W
along the West line of Tassajara Drive a distance of 34 feet to a
point; thence along a curve concave to the right, through an angle
of 90° having a radius of 12 feet and a length of 18.25 feet to a
point; thence S 89 °50'W a distance of 109.62 feet; thence S 0° 10'
E a distance of 22 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing .0355 acres more or less.
