LYNA1? and EDITH 1:1. CLEVENGER. formerly EDITH M. LYMAN, the
parties of the first part, and CITY OF SAY LUIS OBISPO, a Municipal
corporation, in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California,
the -party of the second part, WITNESSETH:-
That said parties of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars, lawfal money of the United
States of America, to them in hand paid by said party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have grantee!,
bargained, sold and conveyed, and do by these presents grant,
bargain, sell and convey unto said :arty of the second part, its
successors and assigns, all the right, title and interest of the
parties of the first part in and to the water of San Luis Obispo
Creek flowing on to, over and across all those certain lots,
pieces or parcels of land situate in the County of San Luis Obispo ,
State of California, and bounded and particularly described as
follows, to Irrit:-
The Borth East quarter of the South West quarter, and Lots
Three (3) and Four (4) of Section Eighteen (18), in Township Thirty
(30) South of Range Thirteen (13) East, Mount Diablo Meridian.
Together with the right to take and divert all the waters
of said creel: at a point on said creek above said parcel of 1',17d;
also the right to lay, construct and maintain pi-pe lines for the
conveyance of water along, over and across the County Road-leading
from the City of San Luis Obispo to Santa Margarita where the same
crosses the lands of the'said parties of the first part hereinbefore
described.
This conveyance is made upon the condition that said party
of the second part shall furnish to said parties of the first part,

Dear Sirs:-
Tree annexed deed from Frank Tate to City of San Luis
Obispo has been examined by me. The same is corTect as to form,
description of property, execution and acknotiiledgpent.

their heirs and successors in ownership, water from the main or
pipe, when cor_structed, of the party of the second part, for one
trough sufficient to water not to exceed ten (10) head of stocr:.,
and also water for household and domestic purposes at one house,
to be furnished only at times when the present water supply of
said parties of the first part is not sufficient for such
purpo ses. The said parties of the first part shall place and
maintain a float valve on the pipe at said trough so as to prevent
waste. Said !-ater to be furnished to said parties of the first
part at an opening for a 3/4" pipe at a point on the County road
within a distance of one hundred and fifty (150) feet from the barn
of said parties of the first part as now located on said prerLises.
This conveyance is intended to and does include the interest
of Laura A. Lyman as heir at law of Frank G. Lyman, deceased, in
the property and rights hereby granted.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said property and rights unto said
Party of the second part, its successors and assigns, subject to
the conditions hereinbefore set forth.
IN WITUESS l'.HEREOP, the said parties of the first Part have
hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year herein first
