MORRIS S. HAMILTON, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,
a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of his right, title, and interest in
the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, to wit:
That portion of Section 27, in Township 30 South, Range 12 East, Mount
Diablo Meridian, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, described as follows:
PARCEL NO. 1
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block D. Tract No. 144, recorded
in Book 6 of Maps at Page 12, San Luis Obispo County Records, and running
S 52° 49' 32" W a distance of 8.50 feet; thence N 0° 16' W a distance of
5.06 feet to the South line of Tract No. 144; thence N 89° 22' E along
said line 6.80 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 8, Block D. Tract No. 144, and
running S 89° 22' W along the South line of Lot 8 116.25 feet to the True
Point of Beginning; thence from said True Point of Beginning, S 0° 16' E
