corporation, dated May 15, 1941, recorded June 26, 1941 in Volume

California, as modified by Modification of Lease dated January 25,
1950, recorded March 7, 1950, in Book 554, page 507, Official
Records, San Luis Obispo County, California and further modified
by Second Modification of Lease dated May 24, 1956, recorded
