GRANT DEED
E. J. GELINAS and S. J. GELINAS, as Grantors hereby grant to the CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their right,
title and interest in the following described property in the City of San
Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California to wit:
That portion of Lots 24 and 25, Block 4 of the Goldtree Vineyard
Tract in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California according to the map thereof recorded September
30, 1893, in Book 1, Page 14 of Record of Surveys, in the office of
the County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 24; thence N 36° 25' W
along the Northerly property line of Johnson Avenue a distance of
94.25 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence N 53° 35' E a
distance of 16.00 feet; thence N 36° 25' W a distance of 150.00 feet;
thence S 53° 35' W a distance of 16.00 feet; thence S 36° 25' E a
distance of 150.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
Containing 0.055 acres, more or less.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 9 z"lday of , 1965,
by and between E. J. GELINAS and S. J. GELINAS, ereinafter called Grantors and
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey .055 acres, more or less, along Johnson Avenue
to the City.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk curb and gutter across the frontage of
the property.
3. City agrees to pay the Grantors $1,200.00 for the property being con-
veyed to the City. Grantors agree to pay $1,060.00 that it would have
cost to complete the improvements at the old curb line plus $61.50
towards the relocation of the 2 palm trees making a total of $1,121.50;
therefore the City will pay the Grantors $78.50 upon execution of this
agreement.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, grading in
excess of the amount that would have occurred at the old curb line,
slope the yard in back of the new sidewalk, relocation of utilities
as necessary, relocate the 2 palm trees, remove, regrade and replace
the P.C. concrete driveways, replace concrete steps up from the southerly
driveway to the front yard, and pave out the street to the new gutter.
