A. L. FERRINI, as Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO,

a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of his right, title and interest in the
following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California to wit:
All that parcel of land being in the Northwest 1/4 of section 22
T30SR12E MDM in the City of San Luis Obispo, California and being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the intersection of the centerline of Clover Drive
with the center line of Patricia Drive as said street are shown on
map filed for record in Book 6 of maps at page 72 in the office of
San Luis Obispo County Recorder; thence running South 62° 50' West
46.00 feet along center line of said Clover Drive to the True Point
of Beginning; thence continuing from said True Point of Beginning
on a curve to the right tangent at said point to said center line of
said Clover Drive having a radius of 300.00 feet through a central
angle of 5D 17' 20" for an arc length of 27.69 feet; thence leaving
said curve and running on a radial line to said curve South 21D 52'
40" East, 25.00 feet to a point on the North line of Lot 1 in Block
E of Tract #223 as shown on said map in Book 6 of maps at page 72;
thence running easterly along said Lot line on a curve to the left
tangent at said point to a line which bears North 68° 7' 20" East,
having a radius of 325.00 feet thru- a central angle of 5 °17'20" for
an arc length of 30.00 feet; thence leaving said curve and running
on a radial line to said curve North 27° 10' West, 25.00 feet to the
True Point of Beginning.
Containing .016 acres, more or less.
