DEED OF EASEMENT
W. C. WYATT and I. I. WYATT, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, as Grantee, the following easement in the City

of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California to wit:
An easement to construct, install, maintain, repair, replace, and operate
a fire hydrant and appurtenances in a portion of Lot 10 of the Yoakum
Poultry Units, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of Rockview Place, said
point being the most Westerly corner of Lot 10; thence S 32° 29' E
along the Easterly line of Rockview Place a distance of 3.00 feet
to a point; thence N 570 31' E a distance of 4.00 feet; thence
N 32° 29' W a distance of 3.00 feet to a point on the line common
to Lots 9 and 10 of the Yoakum Poultry Units; thence S 57° 31' W
along said line a distance of 4.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 0.000275 acres,more or less.
IN WITNESS WBEREOF, Grantors have hereunto caused their names to be

recordation thereof.
