S cr ry to the Church Board Lee Welch ?irman of the Board of Trustees John Smee AGREEMENT J 6_V; THIS AGREEMENT, executed this ;20 day of 4;teaez 1965, by and between SANDER GRANVOLD and G. GRANVOLD, hereinafter called Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth: 1. Grantors shall convey .007 acres, more or less, lying along John snu-.Avenue to the City of San Luis Obispo. 2. Grantors agree to construct six foot integral sidewalk, curb and gutter across the frontage of the property at the new setback line within one month after notice from the City to proceed. 3. Parties agree that the value of the land being conveyed to the City is $225.00, that the value of the existing curb, gutter and ramp is $250.00, that the value of revising the P.C. concrete driveway and breaking off and refacing the masonry wall is $150.00, making a total of $625.00 the City agrees to pay to the Grantors upon thetr completion of all the improvements set forth in this agreement. 4..
