Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block D, Tract No. 144,
recorded in Book 6 of Maps at Page 12, San Luis Obispo County Records,
and running S 52° 49' 32" W a distance of 8.50 feet; thence N 0° 16' W
a distance of 5.06 feet to the South line of Tract No. 144; thence N 89°
22' E along said line 6.80 feet to the Point of Beginning.
