VANCE D. LEWIS and MARJORIE S. LEWIS, as Grantors, hereby grant to the
CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title and interest in the following described property in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California to wit:
That portion of Lots C and D of Breed's Addition to the City of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the Map filed
for record January 25, 1889, in the office of the County Recorder of
said county, described as follows:
Beginning at point B.9; thence N 89° 55' E along the northerly line
of Foothill Boulevard a distance of 84.00 feet to a point; thence
N 0° 15' W a distance of 24.04 to a point; thence S 89° 45' W a
distance of 6.00 feet to a point; thence on a curve to the southwest
having a radius of 15.00 feet through an angle of 90° 10' and a
length of 23.61; thence S 89° 55' W tangent to said curve a distance
of 78.96 feet to a point; thence S 0° 15' E a distance of 9.00 feet
to a point; thence N 89° 55' E a distance of 16.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
Containing .024 acres, more or less.

AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, executed this day of 1965, by
and between VANCE D. LEWIS and MARJORIE S. LEWIS, hereinafter called Grantors, and
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation., hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey .024 acres, more or less, lying along Foothill
Boulevard to the City.
2. Grantors agree to install curb, gutter and sidewalk along the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City.
3. City agrees to pay the Grantors $778.50 for the property being conveyed
to the City plus $50.00 to remove and relocate the fence and rosebushes,
making a total of $828.50 the City agrees to pay the Grantors upon
completion of the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, relocation
of utilities as necessary, replace one 15 gallon size tree and one 5
gallon size tree and pave out the street to the new gutter.
