BASSETTI and JENNY C. BASSETTI, hereinaf r called Grantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth: 1. Grantors shall convey .020 acres, more or less, lying along Foothill Boulevard to the City of San Luis Obispo. 2. Grantors agree to install curb, gutter, and sidewalk across the entire frontage of the property. 3. City agrees to pay the Grantors $668.25 for the property being conveyed to the City upon completion of the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2. 4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, relocation of utilities, replace the hedge with two 15 gallon size trees, extend the drainage pipe and construct a new drop inlet and pave out the street to the new gutter.
