GRANT DEED
DELIO E. and JENNY C. BASSETTI, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS
OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their right, title, and interest
in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California to wit:
THAT portion of Lot C of the Breed's Addition according to the map
filed January 25, 1889 in Book B, Page 33 of i'iaps in the Office of
the County Recorder, San Luis Obispo County, California. The pro-
perty is more particularly described as follows:
BEGI ?didING at a point marked "B10" on the above mentioned map; thence
North 89° 55' East along the Northerly line of the San Luis Obispo -
Los Osos Public Road (no-..j known as Foot?)ill Blvd.) a distance of
1.9.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing, North

to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded May 26, 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, Page 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this day of .7� , 19659
by and between DELMO E. BASSETTI and JENNY C. BASSETTI, hereinaf r called Grantors,
and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey .020 acres, more or less, lying along
Foothill Boulevard to the City of San Luis Obispo.
2. Grantors agree to install curb, gutter, and sidewalk across the
entire frontage of the property.
3. City agrees to pay the Grantors $668.25 for the property being conveyed
to the City upon completion of the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, relocation
of utilities, replace the hedge with two 15 gallon size trees, extend
the drainage pipe and construct a new drop inlet and pave out the street
to the new gutter.
