MAR 31 19b5 e,x un H er Feei _J.ndeXCd Deputy 1 • AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, executed this:! ;day of 2G , 1965, by and between EDWARD ROSA and BERNICE ROSA, hereinafter calle cantors, and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City, witnesseth: 1. Grantors shall convey .007 acres, more or less, lying along Johnson Avenue to the City of San Luis Obispo. �— 2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire frontage of the property being conveyed to the City. 3. Parties agree that the value of the land being conveyed to the City is $225.00 and that it would have cost $200.00 to complete the improvements at the old curb line, leaving a net amount of $25.00 the City agrees to pay to the Grantors upon execution of this agreement. 4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, remove existing curb and gutter, grading in excess of the amount that would have occurred at the old curb line, revise the driveway in kind, re- locate picket fence, extend drain pipe to gutter, replace one five gallon size shrub, slope the lot in back of the new sidewalk, re- location of utilities and pave out the street to the new gutter.
