AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this day of , 19659
by and between HENRY H. DIEL and CLAIRE H. DIEL, hereinafter called Grantors and
the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey .050 acres, more or less, lying along
4ohnson Avenue to the City.
2. Grantors agree to construct 6 foot integral sidewalk, curb and
gutter across the entire frontage of the property.
3. City agrees to pay the Grantors $1,429.00 for the land being
conveyed to the City plus $675.00 for grading in excess of the
amount that would have occurred at the old curb line; making a
total of $2,104.00 the City agrees to pay Grantors upon completion
of the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2.
4. City agrees to provide all necessary engineering, legal work and
pave out the street to the new gutter.
