hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee
all of their right, title and interest in the following described property in the
City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California to wit:
A portion of Lot 5 Yoakum Poultry Units, in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot % thence N 32° 29' W, a distance
of 20.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence S 57° 31' W a distance
of 329.00 feet to a point, thence N 32° 29' W a distance of 10.00 feet;
thence N 57° 31' E a distance of 329.00 feet; thence S 32° 29' E a distance
of 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing .0755 acres, more or less.
