GRANT DEED
CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIFORNIA, a corporation, as
Grantor, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation,
as Grantee, all of its right, title, and interest in the following described
property in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of
California, to wit:
That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 36,
Township 30 South, Range 12 East, Mount Diablo Meridian, in the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to the official plat or
plats of the survey of said lands returned to the General Land Office by
the Surveyor General, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of land conveyed to the Church of the
Nazarene by deed recorded in Vol. 1119 at Page 147 in the Office of the
County Recorder, County of San Luis Obispo, California; thence N 89 °11' E
a distance of 8.00 feet to a point; thence tangent to a line bearing
N 10 56' 28" N from said point along a curve to the left having a radius
of 1038.00 feet, through an angle of 150 31' 26" for a length of 281.24 feet
to a point; thence S 87° 18' 20" N a distance of 8.28 feet to a point;
thence tangent to a line bearing S 17° 35' 58" E from said point along a
curve to the right having a radius of.1030.00.feet, through an angle of
15° 39' for a length of 281.34 feet to the Point of Beginning.
CONTAINING .052 acres more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has hereunto caused his name to be subscribed

from Church of the Nazarene of San Luis Obispo
to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Political Corporation; is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 549 (1959 Series), re-
corded flay 263 1959, in Volume 1002, Official Records, rage 292,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the grantee consents to
recordation thereof.

THIS AGREEHENTT, executed this �� day of '`�� � 4964, by and
between THE CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE, a corporation, hereinafter called Grantor,
and the City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantor shall convey .052 acres, more or less, lying along Johnson Avenue
to the City of San Luis Obispo.
2. Grantor agrees to construct curb, gutter and sidewalk across the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City.
3. Parties agree that the value of the property being conveyed to the City
is $900.00, and the City agrees to pay Grantor the sum of $900.00 upon
completion of the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering, legal work, street paving,
construct the drop inlet, and relocation of utilities, if necessary.
