CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their
right, title and interest in the following described property in the City of
San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California to wit:
A portion of Lots 5 and 6, Block 2, Fixlini Terrace according to
the map filed September 14, 1888, in vol. A. Page 100 of Maps
in the office of the County Recorder, San Luis Obispo County,
California. The property is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of Lot 4; thence S 36° 221 E
a distance of 75.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
N53° 381E a distance of 6.00 feet; thence S 36° 221E a distance of
75.00 feet; thence S 53. 381W a distance of 6.00 feet; thence N 36°
22' W a distance of 75.00 feet to the true point of beginning.
Containing .010 acres, more or less.

AGREEMENT
^
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this 14 day of GTQ�F , 1965
by and between TONY F. SOUZA and EVANGELINE F. SOUZA, hereinafter called Grantors,
and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey .010 acres, more or less, lying along Johnson _
Avenue to the City of San Luis Obispo.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City.
3. Parties agree that the value of the land being conveyed to the City is
$338.00 and that it would have cost $332.00 to complete the improvements
at the old curb line, leaving a net amount of $6.00 the City agrees
to pay to the Grantors upon execution of this agreement.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, remove
existing curb and gutter, grading in excess of the amount that would
have occurred at the old curb line, construct retaining wall across
the frontage of the property with steps up to the front yard, furnish
and plant two 5 gallon shrubs, relocation of utilities and pave out
the street to the new gutter.
