S. G. KINNEY and T. I. KINNEY, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY OF
SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their right, title
and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California to wit:
That portion of Lots 25 & 26 of California Park, in the City of
San Luis Obispo according to the map recorded December 2, 1919 in
Book 2 of maps at Page 36, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 25, said point also referred
to in a Deed in Volume 1087 at Page 141 Official Records, and running
S 57° 27' W along the south line of Lot 25, 100.22' to-the true point
of beginning, thence from said true point of beginning, S 57° 27' W
50.80' to Stake 62, the Southwest corner of said lot, thence N 330 49' W
along the Westerly line of Lot 25, 40.00' to Stake 63, thence S 57°
27' W along the South line of Lot 26, 58.76', the Easterly line of a
parcel shown in Deed in Volume 1144 at Page 307 Official Records,
thence on a curve to the Northwest, along said line, through an angle
of 410 27'9 with a radius of 30', for a distance of 21.70', thence N 16°
00' E.28.67', thence on a curve to the right, through an angle of UP
15' 10 ", with a radius of 38.00', for a distance of 73.79', thence
N560 22' 40" E 12.02' to the Easterly line of the parcel in Deed in
Vol. 1087 -O.R. -141, thence S 70 28' W 9.95', thence S 13° 31' W 43.31',
thence N 80° 58' 40" E 36.00' to the point of beginning.
