GRANT DEED
LAWRENCE J. WESTCOTT and EDITH I. WESTCOTT, as Grantors hereby grant to the
City OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their right,
title and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California to wit:
That portion of Lot B of Breed's Addition in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California according to the map thereof
recorded January 25, 1889 in Book B, Page 33 of maps in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point marked B. 1,; thence N 89° 55' E along the northerly
line of Foothill Blvd. a distance of 64.75 feet to a point; thence N 0°
15' W a distance of 9.00 feet to a point; thence S 89° 55' W a distance of
64.73 feet to a point; thence S 0° 07' E a distance of 9.00 feet to the
point of beginning.
Containing .013 acres, more or less.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this_Z * day of �,.,� �Q� , 1965,
by and between LAWRENCE J. WESTCOTT and EDITH I. WESTCOTT, hereinafter called Grantors
and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey .013 acres, more or less , lying along
Foothill Boulevard to the City.
2. Grantors agree to construct curb, gutter and sidewalk along the
entire frontage of the property.
3. City agrees to pay the Grantors $437.00 for the property being conveyed
to the City upon completion of the improvements set forth in Paragraph 2.
4. City will provide all necessary engineering and legal work, relocation
of utilities as necessary, and pave out the street to the new gutter.
