COVENANT

The undersigned, owners of the property hereinafter described, for and
in consideration of the postponement of the City requirement of installation of side-
walk on behalf of ourselves, our heirs, administrators, executors, successors or
assigns, hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal corporation,
that upon thirty (30) days written notice from said City, owners will install, at
owner's expense, sidewalk along the street frontage of said parcel, said sidewalk o
to be a four (4) foot integral sidewalk in accordance with the City Planning Com-
mission's policy Resolution Number 3 -65.
This covenant shall run with the land 'hereinafter described in favor of the
City of San Luis Obispo, a municipal corporation, and shall be enforceable by said
City against ourselves, our heirs, administrators, executors, successors or
assigns.
Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, known as 87 Buena Vista Street in said City, and is
more particularly described as follows:
Lot 12, the easterly one -half of Lot 13, and the westerly one -half of
Lot 11 of Block 7, Monterey Heights, according to the map recorded
September 23, 1925 in Volume 3 at Page 66 of Maps in the office of
the San Luis Obispo County Recorder.
