GRANT DEED
HARVEY L. BARNETT and MARY 0. BARNETT, as Grantors, hereby grant to the CITY
OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, as Grantee, all of their right, title
and interest in the following described property in the City of San Luis Obispo,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California to wit:
A portion of Lot 2, Block 3, Fixlini Terrace according to the map filed
September 14, 1888, in Vol. A, Page 100 of Maps in the office of the
County Recorder, San Luis Obispo County, California. The p ;operty is
more particularly described as follows: 7
Beginning at the most westerly corner of Lot 2; thence N 530 38' E a
distance of 8.40 feet; thence S 36° 42' 20" E a distance of 50.00 feet;
thence S 53° 38' W a distance of 8.69 feet; thence N 360 22' W a distance
of 50.00 feet to the point of beginning.

AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, executed this /'156 day of 1)2a-4-j— , 1965,
by and between BARNEY L. BARNETT and MARY 0. BARNETT, hereinafter called Grantors,
and the CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called City,
witnesseth:
1. Grantors shall convey .010 acres, more or less, lying along Johnson
Avenue to the City of San Luis Obispo.
2. City agrees to construct sidewalk, curb and gutter across the entire
frontage of the property being conveyed to the City.
3. Parties agree that the value of the land being conveyed to the City is
$320.00 and that it would have cost $207.00 to complete the improvements
at the old curb line, leaving a net amount of $113.00 the City agrees
to pay to the Grantors upon execution of this agreement.
4. City will provide allt:necessary engineering and legal work, remove
existing curb, gutter and driveway ramp, grading in excess of the
amount that would have occurred at the old curb line, construct a
retaining wall across the front of the lot, revise the driveway in
kind with retaining walls along the driveway, furnish and plant three
5 gallon size shrubs, relocation of utilities and pave out the street
to the new gutter.
